Hi, I’m Rhiannon.

I’m a Life Coach and the author of “The Web of Grief
I help people to gain the confidence to live fuller, happier and live in a way that feel more authentic to them. In other words, I give them permission (and encouragement) to be themselves through specific exercises, tools and NLP techniques, rewiring their brain in a fast, easy and efficient way.

I work with people 1:1 and also have a range of courses for those of you who prefer to work alone and more privately. I combine both life coaching and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) in my coaching, courses and exercises to create change as quickly and as easily as possible. It’s OK to have a range emotions (in fact, it’s healthy), and we can work together to reprogram your brain to create a more empowering and joyous life.
