What’s involved?

This course is divided into 6 sections with some bonus content at the end. Each section includes a mixture of physical action steps, specifically designed exercises based on life coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, powerful information and journal prompts all formulated to help break through some old, limiting beliefs and help to plant new, empowering beliefs into your subconscious mind.

Section 1
Is all about easing yourself in. We identify what a belief is and how the way you are has an impact on those around you. We look at holding compassion and feeling safe while inviting change.

Section 2
Is about identifying and gaining clarity on what it is you really want and expect of yourself. We get really clear on what change looks like for you and we start to break down beliefs.

Section 3
We go deeper into breaking down beliefs by understanding how the different parts of your mind work. We explore creating a new and empowering self narrative based on evidence and facts.

Section 4
We look at opening your eyes to possibilities and opportunities. We collapse limiting beliefs and solidify new empowering ones and we start to look at positive attributes and strengths coming from the heart.

Section 5
Is focused on empowering evidence and different perspectives and how you can access this on demand, again all while breaking down old beliefs and old programming. We look at an inner intelligence and discovering love and compassion for yourself.

Section 6
Is where we identify past traumas or events that are weighing us down and holding us back. We learn a powerful way to become free of the heaviness that stops us from moving on and living the life that we want and deserve.

Do I have a set time to complete it?
No, part of the reason I designed this course was so that it could be done in your own time and at your own pace.
Sections 1 – 6 will arrive in your email inbox every 4 days. The course and it’s content is yours to complete and repeat as much as you like.

Do I have to show you or anyone my work or answers?
Absolutely not. In order to create the change we want, we have to get extremely honest and sometimes quite vulnerable. What you do with your course content is completely up to you.

How will I receive my course?
Once your payment is successfully completed through PayPal, you will be automatically transferred to a page where you can enter the Email address you’d like your I Am Enough course to be delivered.
Your I Am Enough course will be a short introduction video to your exercises and action steps which will be on a downloadable PDF.
I will also send you an all-in-one manuscript on a PDF format so that you have the option of printing it out or following along digitally.
