Day 1 We explore the 2 different parts of the mind, how we can program our mind and you will learn the 2 most powerful words in the English Language
Day 2 We look at limiting beliefs and why we dwell on our flaws and you learn how to use this information to your advantage
Day 3 You will learn what scientists are calling the “natural antidepressant”, the simple science behind why it works and how you can easily apply this information to your own life.
Day 4 We look at the anatomy of the body and why it’s important to move our bodies from the perspective of energy and fluidity.
Day 5 We start to look at possibilities of reducing stress or discomfort from your life
Day 6 We move past trying to keep up with the present and we start to dream and plan for the future
Day 7 You will learn how to look at yourself through another perspective and gain more compassion and clarity.
Day 8 One of my favourite exercises of all time! We start to break down old limiting beliefs and replace them with new empowering beliefs based on evidence.
Day 9 You will learn how to let go of what is no longer serving you or allowing you to move forward.
Day 10 We look at the reward system, how we can make joy more of a priority and next steps.

Do I have a set time to complete it?
Yes and No. Part of the reason I designed this course was so that it could be done in your own time and at your own pace. We all have different lifestyles and schedules, so you can complete it at a time that suits you. However, in order to create the change you want, it’s important to commit to doing the worksheet each day. It only takes a few minutes to complete and it’s only for 10 days. If you’d prefer, you can order the course and complete it at a later date when you know you will be able to fully commit to the 10 days.
Do I have to show you or anyone my work or answers?
Absolutely not. In order to create the change we want, we have to get extremely honest and sometimes quite vulnerable. What you do with your course content is completely up to you.
How will I receive my course?
Once your payment is successfully completed through PayPal, you will be automatically transferred to a page where you can enter the Email address you’d like your Rhi-vive Your Mindset course to be delivered. Every day for 10 days, a new Email will be delivered to your inbox along with a worksheet to complete.

If I don’t like the course, can I get a refund?
